Really good pizza and Breadsticks! But the best part is the service :)

The restaurant was clean and comfortable. However, the service was a little slower than I would have expected given it was not very busy when we went. The food was wonderful, though, so all around this is a great restaurant and I recommend it!

A litle pricey but good food

The bread twists on a stick are fantastic and the pizza is fairly good. The root beer is great. It is great to come here with a coupon for the family deal. That being said, the place feels kind of deserted and dilapidated. Not a lot of customers. Don’t know how they are staying in business.

Friday Night 8pm and an empty parking lot should have been an indicator of how this place has slipped. We used to enjoy coming here. We walked into the lobby to find nobody there. Waited for almost 10 minutes before an employee finally noticed us. We asked if they were open and he responded Yes and would we like a table. Reluctantly, we said yes. As we walked past the salad bar, we noticed that it was already half way put away for the night. We were sat in a booth near the back of the restaurant where we waited for another 15 minutes and we're never greated by a server or anyone. We stood up and walked out and nobody even turned to look our way. Guess they didn't care to have our business. Too bad, we won't be back.

The good was good, though it took a while to get (but they were also quite busy on Saturday night/7pm). The waitress was great. The establishment was clean. My friend said the salad bar was clean and fresh. We each got a pizza. Mine (chicken and pineapple) was made well with fresh toppings. I'd recommend this location (Provo).

I feel like this place has completely gone downhill. My chicken caesar salad had more tomatoes, croutons and the stem parts of the romaine then the greener parts of the leaf's. So disappointing. I will not be giving them my business anymore.

Usually my wife and I love PF, but for some reason this location is always under par. Ordered Angel Hair Alfredo. Tasted like old cheese and soggy noodles. The food is still fine, but not nearly as good as the Lindon location

We used to love this place, but sadly the service and quality of food just goes down every time we go. Today the hot cocoa was basically barely chocolate flavored water, the tomato tortellini soup was was over spicy and the tortellini tasted freezer burnt. The salad bar tasted old and freezer like as well. The waitress didnt refill our waters, and never checked on us. Just dropped off the food and left. Sadly this place needs to learn better a lot if they are to stay in business!

This place was an absolute disaster. The women's toilets were both clogged, the server was rude, the food was less than appetizing. I got the cajun chicken shrimp and they basically just poured a thick powder over the noodles, chicken and shrimp. The only good thing about our dinner there was the breadsticks. Honestly stick to Domino's pizza.

BEST pizza and bread twists in Utah!! Seriously, my husband even admitted it and he is the most picky especially when it comes to pizza! 🍕🤤

We love to eat here whenever we're in town. My kids and I love the tall, twisty, buttery bread sticks. I always have to get the non-alcoholic apple beer (think root beer, but with an apple flavor!). The pizza is great too -- you can get family size or a personalized mini. This time I had a delicious calzone with dipping sauce, but they also have pastas which I'd like to try sometime. I also get the salad bar whenever I go, which is pretty well stocked. Oh, and bring a quarter for the kids on the way out -- gumball machine is tempting!

Honestly so good! I Have been looking for a place that tastes like a homey pizza cafe I had in my hometown and finally found one! Very satisfied w/ food and our server was super friendly

Called to do a reservation, got super complicated and sloppy. Very unproffesional and not helpful, finally put on hold for a manager waited 15 minutes and gave up. Vote for a name change, trash factory.

Went there on saturday and there was no one there. Told us there was a 30 minute wait. Asked them why and wouldn't answer us. Hard to believe there was a 30 minute wait when there was no one in the parking lot or the restaurant. We went to blaze pizza instead way better then pizza factory.

Food was mediocre for a pizza factory. Service was really slow and really bad. We were one of only a few tables and we weren’t checked on at all from the time we got our food to the time we got our check. If you do end up coming here, I would recommend getting one of the bread twist on a stick. It’s big and a fun “twist” to traditional breadsticks.

My daughter arya described it as she was in heaven while she ate her bread twist. Salad bar is well stocked and tastes great. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend for lunch can get busy around dinner time.

Good breadsticks but they don't have a very efficient front desk/help system. So.etimes you wait for 8 mins before someone comes out of the kitchen to help you. Great food though!

Waaaaaay too expensive. And not great quality. Domino's is better, and you could get it delivered to you cheaper and faster.

I didnt know you could get cinnamon sugar long twisty bread sticks, usually its just butter and garlic. Yummy

The salad bar was not sanitary. The salad dressing that was labeled as blue cheese was definitely not. It wasn't just labeled wrong, its flavor was undefinable. The pizza was overpriced, but okay. The best part of the pizza was the mozzerella and the chicken, both of which were high quality. The service was friendly, but slow. I would not return.

When we walked in, the front entrance looked barren. There were two in front of us who looked like they'd been sitting there for a while with no service. The staff seemed more interested in their conversations than good service. The service was average the rest of the night (friendly but only 1 check in and no refill). But the bread sticks were fantastic and the pizza was good. The cheesecake was average. Overall it was a good visit. But maybe we will try another place next time.

Mediocre pizza and pasta at rather high prices. Salid bar is closed and the only reason i go there. Not their fault, but...

Terribly rude hostess. Refused to sit our party, yet the entire restaurant was barren with only one group seated at 2pm in the afternoon.

Very slow when we went, almost nobody else was there. The pizza was decent. The service was okay. The breadsticks were great, but would be better served with marinara sauce. Overall it’s a decent place but nothing I’d go out of the way to go and get. Especially for the price.

Bread sticks are a must here. Sauce is flavorfull. Crust may gave been rolled a little to much it was a little chewy but good flavor.

Good pizza and pasta, hit and miss salad bar, incredible bread sticks. Sometimes I just get 6 bread sticks with alfredo sauce and have that for dinner. The service is quick, pleasant, and accommodating.

I felt so bad for our waitress. She was the only one there and there were at least 8 or 9 tables she was servicing. I was very impressed with her service even with what she had to deal with. She was great. But shame on management for making this poor girl work on her own during dinner hours. A few groups that were waiting behind us walked out because it took a while to be seated and we were not greeted at all while waiting.

Service wasn't the best. Waited 8 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. Service wasn't that good either. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the food was good.

I really just love how they list a price and then dont tell you that adding any toppings at all costs extra making 1/2 times more expensive, really awesome. Also the great service when nobody is in line and you wait 15 mins for them to do anything about you standing there, fantastic. Good thing a medium pizza is so affordable for only 20$, awesome! This place is awful. Bad service, and greedy overpriced food.

This place had some great food. When we came in nobody was there to seat us and they only showed up when the bell rang for us leaving to see if we had come in the wrong entrance or something. Awkwardness aside, after that the wait staff was attentive and the food was great. We did the meal for two option and then substituted the pizza for the "jerry". The cheese was delicious and gooey and all of their bread, breadsticks and crust included, had an inspiring fresh bread taste that was hard to beat. The only downside was that subbing in the Jerry specialty cost a solid $6-7 upcharge from a two topping pizza option, which honestly still feels pretty steep and definitely undercut the meal for two cost-effectiveness.

Not impressed at all.. I’ve love pizza factory for years but they have gone down hill. We waited for about 45-50 min for our food and it wasn’t even busy. When the food came out, our pizza wasn’t right (and burnt) and to add shrimp on our pasta for $3 there were 4 pieces of shrimp... FOR $3!! Next time we’ll go to Brick Oven.

By far the best Pizza factory in Utah County. I've been a avid Pizza Factory lover for at least 10 years now and I swear by the customer service and generosity that the Provo location delivers consistently. As far as the food goes, I cant say enough good things about the food. Breadsticks are to die for and all the pizza's and pasta's taste superb as well.

We love the Pizza Factory! Staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. We've tried almost everything on the menu and it's all soooo good.... highly recommend the BBQ pizza and the Blaine Salad. Don't forget the Never on Sunday for dessert!

I like it! Good pizza and great garlic bread sticks. Been around a long time, and the place might need a deep clean or a remodel, but it's good grub, and the service was just OK the last time I was there. Funny thing, I went at night, and when I came back outside to my car there were NO lights on whatsoever. The parking lot was super dark

Pizza factory has always been our favorite! We had our wedding luncheon here and it was great! The breadtwists are by far the best thing, could go there just for those! But the pizza is good too! Our waiter was absent alot during our last visit, which was disappointing but she was friendly. We will be back. Thanks!

This was a great night out with a big group. Our server was incredibly friendly and prompt. The barbecue chicken pizza was delicious. The bread twists are a must. They are ready to accommodate big groups. You can usually find good deal for families as well.
